Unfortunately unimpressed
2 of 2 found this helpful Even after using the manual to set up, this product is VERY difficult to figure out. It "errors" frequently while pumping air into the cuff, sometimes 3-4 times before finally pumping all the way up. Was reading quite high for my wife and me. Took to doctor's office, was about 20 points high systolic from their monitor and over 10 points high diastolic. I've been an ER/ICU nurse for many years, so operator error wasn't a factor as to how to use this product. Obviously, being 10-20 points off can be the difference between being put on medication, or not, so this is no small matter. It did not fulfill expectations for accuracy, use, or quality.

Good shoes
The shoes looked brand new and are really comfortable.

Works as advertised, screen is glitchy, makes it difficult to read.
The right side of the screen has a gray, glitchy area that expands and contracts quickly. It covers some of the numbers/functions. It appears that all the functions work, it's just difficult to see them sometimes. Sometimes the glitchy area goes halfway across the screen, sometimes just the right side.
