I was born in Pontiac, Michigan on July 2,1959 and grew up in the Southwest Detroit neighborhood of Delray which is now mostly occupied by the new Gordie Howe International Bridge between Detroit and Windsor, Ontario. After High School graduation in 1977 I left Detroit permanently to pursue an Army Career of over 20 years as an Army Infantryman, Paratrooper and Ranger in light infantry and Airborne units stateside and overseas. I am the father of four and grandfather to thirteen. I currently live in North Carolina where I have resided for over thirty years now. I am a military historian, musician, Artist, ghost hunter, reenactor/living historian, avid reader, collector of military history books and magazines, collector of 54mm metal toy soldiers i.e. W. Britain's, King and Country, Del Prado etc. I have a BA Degree in Military history and a minor in Foreign Languages. I am an athlete and keep in shape regularly both mentally and physically. I am a follower of the Lord Jesus
