  Kind of an odd sale. Seller is great, but wasn't fully aware of what they had for sale. Other than the loco not being what was advertised, the transaction was actually positive. Seller is really great with communication. Item was packaged for a safe travel in the mail system. Turns out this was a miss packaged loco picked up second hand. Packaging is Bachmann, but loco is Life Like. Not a GP40 but I think a GP15. Anyway, I'm probably going to use this for something custom.
