  The item is well made and as described, initial communication with the seller was very good, but dropped off after placing the order and asking about delivery. There is no mention in the seller post that the gangway was made to order and therefore has a long delivery timescale. I would not have placed the order had I have been notified upfront. Also Postage was supposed to be free and I was charged, only a £1 but still.
