It begins as a "police" comedy. About halfway through, it becomes more dramatic and gangster. However, it is a comedy and the good guys win!
I liked how the plot thickened as the police imposters got themselves deeper into trouble. They found it hard to "come clean" because they truly wanted to help people. They are in over their heads when they have a run-in with gangsters! Great movie. I'll be sharing it with friends.
