Quality restorations
Three DVDs, all produced by Eureka, and very high quality restorations of the early movies. Some weird - and very anachronistic - translations of the intertitles into English. Obvs not by a 'mother tongue' speaker. But, you knew what they meant, so...

Six TinTin stories. Fast moving , amusing music..
Had to look far to find these recordings. Cannot understand why. Neither can I understand why there aren't more of them. Had BBC given up on TinTin?
Anyway, I tried one of the discs and it was good quality.
Criticism: the titles of the stories are not on the CDs, neither are they numbered with the titles on the packaging. Why.

Simple story derived from Somerset Maugham. Spies, WW1. Switzerland.
Good production to DVD. Subtitles if needed. Good sound. Peter Lorre has a way of making other actors around him look wooden, he is flamboyant and mobile.
