Great VR headset for a reasonable price.
Excellent bit of kit if you want to take a first step into a VR headset. Comfortable in use, though you should warm up the lenses if you want to avoid misting in use. That applies to any VR headset though - not just Daydream. Reasonable set of apps. Lots of fun stuff also available in YouTube.

Strong with perfect performance.
Just bought replacements because....I bought a pair of these about ten years ago. They have been excellent. For the past two years they have been left out in the garden and used and abused by my son at his new house. Still working great, but decided it was time to leave them with him and buy my own replacement. Having looked at alternatives, even from the big brands, it seems alloy handles are not up to the job. I can honestly say the handles on these are as strong as anything, and after years and years of use, they keep on cutting. The ratchet mechanism works well too. These have a real ratchet mechanism. Beware some that are advertised as having a ratchet but have nothing more than some kind of simple levergae mechanism.
