What Is Real The Unfinished Quest for the Meaning of Quantum Physic
Jan 17, 2020
A wonderful and honest tour of our inability to understand the deep questions of the microworld.
The most insightful work on Quantum Foundations yet. The author has done his research and told the history with brutal honesty and deep insight. Some Physicists feel that our lack of understanding of the phenomena themselves is not a problem. That is a matter of opinion. What is not an opinion is that we have not been able to explain what the subatomic entities are or how they can behave in such strange ways. This book really takes an honest aim at our inadequacies in attempting to explain these foundational questions.
Through Two Doors at Once : The Elegant Experiment That Captures

Readable by the novice but enjoyable for the Physicist.
This is the best walk through of the mystery of the double slit experiment I have ever read. I have read a lot of them too. This is the best paradox (the double slit experiment) to read on if your a layman looking for an introduction to the head spinning mysteries of Quantum Mechanics.
Spooky Action at a Distance : The Phenomenon That Reimagines Space and Time -...

Great for layman but a dud for physicists
Well written but light in content. This would be a great book for a total layman. If you know some physics you will not find anything compelling here. If you are a layman it's a great read. Action at a distance is one of the most interesting of all natural phenomena. Entanglement is just a great way to experience the non humanistic nature of the subatomic world. I really recommend it for a layman and don't for the Physics savy.
