  Seller listed item as new, but it is not new. No original packaging, pulley surfaces and guide rollers show wear, belts are used and I believe one belt is missing. I contacted seller, but received no response. Before the purchase, the seller responded to my question about the type of case that came with the product. It is a very nice unit, but is incomplete and used. There may have been extenuating circumstances, I am sure we could have resolved the discrepancy with response.
