  Uncompassionate and unreasonable 👎 what can you do but write this as feedback. This chap wasn’t willing to wait a few days when Royal Mail (not our error) sent his parcel to the incorrect address. Despite us doing all we could to rectify it , track down and then re-route his parcel and keep him informed - extremely politely I might - he wasn’t willing in any way to engage. Seller beware I guess. Good luck living that way, life’s too short. 🤷
