Nice knife. Very thin blade and extremely sharp. Granton pattern keeps food from sticking. Would be nice if it were a little bit larger.

Good product.
Very accurate up to 500 grams. Can run on batteries or plug in. Great for measuring ingredients for small-batch sausage making.

Elemental Sulfur
Great price. Sulfur is the most bang for the buck when trying to acidify soil. It takes time since bacteria in the soil has to metabolized the sulfur to sulfuric acid but you get a lot more acidification per pound than aluminum sulfate. Aluminum sulfate works very quickly so if you don't have time to correct the soil acidity use aluminum sulfate. But for longer periods of time, sulfur is much more cost effective. The pellets take a little time to fall apart, but after a couple of waterings, they do.
