Works perfectly and reliably
Used this to operate a 24V motor switched with a 12V photo switch to open and close a chicken coop door. This transformer unit is much more reliable than my setup with a 12V battery being recharged with a small solar panel. I learned that the photo switch needs nearly 12 volts to operate. That voltage isn't always available on cloudy days or when using an older battery, even with a 12V trickle charger.
