Edward Monkton Zen Diary
The annual Edward Monkton Diary is part of my Christmas present to my daughter, a tradition of some years now. She enjoys the humour and always appreciates the quality of the diary and the paper that is used. I cannot comment upon the 2016 edition but I am confident that come Christmas she will smile at this year's diary and set about the annual ritual of transferring addresses etc. into it. Economical and different.
This is a lovely yarn to knit with, no splitting of fibres and an interesting effect as it is knitted up. It is however darker in reality than on the screen, particularly the turquoise blue so the finished product will not be as bright as I had envisaged. An excellent price though - so many yarns are rather pricy now - and the toddlers' jacket I am knitting will be very cost effective.
