  Item was listed as new. When I received the item the lid had scratches on it like it was used and washed. When I initiated the return the seller refunded me before I printed the label, causing me to have to contact customer support to get the label so I can actually return the item. Keeping the item felt like stealing so I returned it. Overall a bad experience, caused me a couple hours of work for nothing. I would of probably kept the item for a reduced price but seller didn’t offer that option.
