Console cable - recommended
I used this to direct connect into a Ubiquiti Edge router. Used the console settings in the manual and I was straight in accessing the command line console.
Cable is good quality. Pricing is high-ish, but you get a good product that performs excellently.

Works great. Makes lower ball joint removal a cinch.
It saved me about 2 hours compared with using a pickle fork, steel hammer and heat. It works so well it is ridiculous. I was able to use it on a Toyota Tundra by disassembling the tool, hammering the flat piece into the joint to get it located correctly, then assembling it in place.
