The Power Principle
I decided to buy this book because I wanted to learn a better way to influence my children in a more positive way. I love and appreciate Stephen R. Covey books so I decided to give Blaine Lee a try.
Blaine taught me how to be a principled centered parent and leader. I started implimenting the techniques he teaches with my family first. He teaches that if you want to influence people, do it with honor, not fear....
I read the book and then decided to buy the audio tapes to listen to when I'm driving. I haven't tired yet of listening to his examples and techniques.
I know I learn best by repetition. I just keep practicing what he teaches. Hopefully it will become second nature to me.
I haven't been dissapopinted by this Book. I put him in the same league with my best loved books of Stephen R. Covey.
I feel more impowered and confident in my ability to positively influence my children and others. My children have responded to me in a more positve way, our relationships have improved because I changed my way of interacting with them. I highly recommend this book to all those who want to learn a better way, to those who are indeed teachable.
