  We apologized to the buyer for our mistake in sending the wrong card and immediately offered to meet the buyer at a convenient place for them to receive the item and additional cards for our mistake. We offered this twice, but the buyer wanted the card sent. The buyer then cancelled the order, shortly thereafter left us negative feedback and then contacted us to repurchase the original card. We value our customers and are committed to 100% satisfaction. This feedback is inaccurate and incomplete
