Good picture

Fairly niche product
Pro's: Provides clear voice quality from a microphone input as well as remote control for up to four audio messages or continuous sequential messaging with variable spacing such as 10 seconds, 1 minute, 5 minutes, etc. Also includes a 2-watt audio amplifier with variable volume control.
Cons: $143 is too expensive for what should be about $75 tops. Would benefit greatly from a 5-watt or more amplifier, The telephone handset recording input is too muted. The pre-canned phone messages are too low in volume. The time spacing between the messages is fixed and cannot be tailored by message.
Other comments: This is essentially a sub-component of a more extensive PA and telephone system concept. Viking offers a timer, speakers, and various telephone management add-on options that are relatively expensive. I believe that they could integrate a larger amplifier, built-in microphone, and timer into a single unit with an integrated power supply and have a better product. After all, an Arduino microcontroller board is totally programmable and available for less than $30.
