I took impressions in putty PDD sent me. Instructions on web site very good. Communication very good. I sent impressions back to PDD. A couple or three weeks later I received new upper flipper. It required slight filing (as expected and as my previous experiences with partials) for comfortable fit. Color is good. Seems like a good deal if it lasts a while.
