My dream is to grow all the plants that I need for nourishment, both for my body and soul. I grow as much as I can organically.
For now, I only have two crops that are consistently productive enough to share, but I am nurturing hundreds more and hope to eventually count those amongst reliable crops as well! I air dry all my herbs, to preserve as much of its benefits and color. Each plant has one harvesting window, so the plant(s) are only sold "freshly dried" for up to a year. Most properly dried herbs will remain potent for 12 to 18 months, as long as they are properly stored (out of direct light, in a cool dark place is preferred, in their original packaging)
