This is very comfortable. It is very soft and flexible. Easy to apply. I expect it will do what it was intended to do. Don’t expect to wear flip flop

Small part
a small plastic part became broken in transit.. I believe it can be repaired.
Possibly couldve been packaged to prevent this.. ? Disappointing as that this part held the spool of thread.
The product itself is exactly as described...
