Cheap and worked
Everything worked. Was missing a heatsink on a board component, and one of the metal mounts was broken, but I scavenged the heat sink from a non-working board that I already had. Attached the heatsink, and it worked great. The broken bracket did not comprise the board integrity. For the price it was a good deal.
