  This is a deceptive & dishonest seller. I won the auction for an open box Samsung S22 Ultra cell phone. The seller claimed that it has no wear and tear in the listing. However, the phone was used and with a cracked screen. Before it shipped, seller put on a wrinkled screen protector to cover up the defect. Upon receiving the phone, I removed the wrinkled screen protector and discovered the defect. Seller refused the return. Ebay made the right decision and gave me the refund anyway!

  Purchase went well, but seller didn't ship in the correct envelope, so in addition to the shipping cost I paid when I bought the phone, I had to pay an additional $15.35 to USPS to get my delivery. Seller needs to be more careful with shipping containers/weight requirements.
