Don't Be Fooled by Reproductions. . .

Most PATCHES we offer are old school machine embroidered (single hand fabrication or by a Schiffli embroidery
machine) with natural fibers. These Patches are mostly crafted from chain, satin, and hemming stitches and machine
work relies on the use of multiple threads. Most have machine hand merrowed (surge stitching) edges, the "tailor's tail" intact
(rely on photo) or were hand cut with die, mallet, on wax board. Many of our items are dated by manufacturing material
and method and / or production paperwork if available. There is nothing wrong with reproductions,
they make great collection "place holders" . . . we're here when you want to trade-up.

    Tyler, You contacted us 4/15/25 notifying that you did not receive your patch. I messaged you 4/15/25 & explained USPS 1st CLS does not have tracking. Asked you to confirm the address you provided, & you did. I went on to say that I'd check with post office to verify it was not returned to our po box. I messaged you on 4/16/25 that If it wasn't returned & I will assume it was lost if not received by 04/20/25 & will make full refund. Messaged you (3x) 4/17/25 confirming delivery or full refund.
