Fantastic Unit - AudioVox 9" Under Cabinet Media Unit
2 of 2 found this helpful So 2 tube tvs went out at the same time and since I can't make dinner or wash dishes without watching House or NCIS, I decided to start looking for a portable. Somehow I ended up on Dell's website and this is the tv they recommend; in fact, they were *temporarily sold out.* I thought that was pretty cool so searched on ebay and found AudioVox new/refurbished from $100 up to $400. I bought a refurbished with a 2-yr square deal warranty. Wonderful experience with the seller and sure enough, once installed find it to be a fantastic unit. The best thing about this unit is the screen goes *sideways* and *tilts.* My little TV can be seen from anywhere! And did i mention that it is HD-TV? and DVD? and Am/FM radio? My goodness, what more is needed? I can now dance around to Journey while cooking. lol ;-)
The quality of the pic was a concern cause I read many reviews that complained about it being too dark. Well, let me tell you how great the pic is and how easy it is to make it brighter if necessary. Very intuitive unit, very easy to install and program. On a scale of 1-5, i give the unit itself a fat 7 and the seller a 5+ since he was quick to answer my email questions late at night and get the unit to me fast.
I luv this unit and so do my family and friends. Hey Seller--look for many more sales!
