The Terror is Gripping Story--- Page after Page!
A very engaging book filled with historical information. Keep Wikipedia handy to explore further. I have learned so much about this period of early Artic exploration. However, the story and the characters within are what make the story so compelling.

PizzaQue--- A Fantastic Little Pizza Oven that Really Works!
My wife and I have wanted to try a pizza oven for a couple of years, but the high price was not worth the risk that we might discover something we'd never use--- or not have success using. When we found PizzaQue in the low $100s, we decided now was the time. We could not be more pleased!
As with anything, there is a learning curve, so let me suggest: 1) Do your homework. Watch videos, read blogs, etc. 2) Less is more. Go light on sauce, cheese, and toppings. The pizza will cook more evenly from edge to center 3) We found making the raw pizza on parchment paper helpful for moving it from the peel to the stone. After the pizza cooks 2-3 minutes, the parchment paper should be removed. It will slip out from under the pizza.
My only caution is to be carful when lighting. The propane can buildup and ignite with a "WHOOOSH!" So keep your face away from the opening.
We love pizza because the variations are limitless. So have fun with your PizzaQue and try different ingrediants. We are very satisfied and happy. In fact, we bought a second one in order to make two pizzas at the same time.

Laser Color Cartridge
Very easy to install. Pull the tab and slip the cartridge into place. In a minute or so I had all the cartridges installed the printer was calibrating itself.
