  Great product. Few air bubbles in the finish. Foam seat looks a bit out of square. Packaging was terrible. Box was collapse upon arrival. Seat unit was wrapped with a small amount of bubble wrap only. Luckily it was undamaged. Seller communicates very well but is unsure of all details of product. Unit sits higher than OEM which is what I wanted anyway. Overall a great product, a bit pricey but happy to pay for a well thought out product.

  Thank you for your feedback. We check each piece thoroughly and pack it in several layers of bubble wrap and we also use a 5-layer boxes. If the box came damaged, it had to happen during transport, as it went from Slovakia to Australia (as you well know, not every carrier handles the packages nicely), but we are glad that the seat unit is not damaged and you are satisfied with it :)

  I contact about a delivery time before buying told me be no problem! Did nothing but lie and I missed a big race because of people worried about money not customers getting took care of! Don’t buy anything unless your waiting months for junk / lying on a real delivery date looking like a Christmas gift to my self ! Don’t buy anything unless your ready to be lied to

  We did not deceive you.We wrote to you many times that we are sorry, we cannot influence the transport(sometimes the transport takes longer).We wrote you many emails,we sent you a screenshot where you can see that the parts have been sent and are already in your country.Yes,we wrote to you that when you could receive it,the delivery takes 4-5days,if there is no problem on the part of the post both here and in your country.Unfortunately,the problem has arisen,and we are very sorry.
