  the card never arrived. the seller said they would send another one but that never came either and then they refunded me. I would have probably gave neutral feedback if they just refunded me after the "first" card didn't arrive. It's kind of a let down when they said they would send another because they probably didn't and just hoped the first one would arrive.

  Waited for a few weeks until iI got a response and explanation. Also the shipping started on the day that it should be at my place...., I waited another 3 weeks until it arrived, so it was over 1 month in total after receiving it. Then the envelope came clean cutted one-third, but luckily the card was still in there....so really bad experience with the seller

  Shipping was through eBay global shipping program, which is why it took longer and was cut open. Totally normal process for international packages. Not sure where they got that I took so long to reply, I have always responded to their messages within a day

  My card got lost in the mail however the seller was very professional in giving me a refund which I kind of feel bad for because USPS is at fault obviously. But the seller has very good communication, is patient and nice and I would recommend.
