It is so easy to use as it can be set just about anywhere you are hanging out for an hour or two, The do recommend doing it early in the day to set your circulian (sp?) clock. You can also raise and lower the intensity by just touching a spot on the lamp base. It is very portable and easy to store and the electrical plug is very up to code. I highly recommend it and the price is right!
