It's OK but not the brand's best
Overall sound quality and characteristics fall short of other "audiophile" grade integrated amplifiers. There are plentiful adjustments one can make in the digital domain on this integrated for frequency attributes, but the rather artifical soundstage and lack of depth makes this unit sub par to others.

Not a good alternative
Much dimmer than the regular bulb. It is essentially a regular halogen bulb with a layer of semi-transparent blue paint to make it seem whiter but at a trade off of brightness.
