It forces one to stay "connected"
Absolutely no guesswork as to path of club during downswing. Easy to install on club shaft. Works best in dim light. The unit must be out of manufacture because I had to resurrect my VCR player to view instruction tape. For the money one of the best training aids I have used. My handicap is going down and much is attributable to using my Freddy Connect.

Durable , practical.
Simple to remove and replace, heavy duty material. I have been using them for quite a while. The face on my irons show signs of ball striking wear, but no scratches or dings any where else. Great iron protection while in the bag.
