  The item was listed as “size small.” I was sent a “size large.” She is not only refusing to give me a refund, but she has become increasingly rude in her emails to me. Absolutely unprofessional.

  The item is a size small for DOGS and was listed with all measurements. A tag on the inside reflected a large which it IS in PET sizing (lizard, hamster, bunnies, etc.) Although the jacket fit her dog perfectly, she became fixated on the inside tag. After she had received a refund for the item, I simply asked her what I could have done differently to which there was no reply. Bizarre Odd Behavior! I do hope your your life situation improves.
