Product not in working order
2 of 2 found this helpful I ordered this Big Shot in Good faith that it was in working condition, when I receive, I was so excited to start using it. I opened the box plugged it in set up my first embossing folder, pushed the button and it started to roll the embossing folder about only 1 inch only to make a horrible struggling noise and stop dead in it's tracks! I tried other dies and embossing folders only to receive the same exact result!
I am so disappointed : (( I really have wanted this for such a long time.
I still dont have one; ((
