jury is still out
3 of 19 found this helpful being almost exclusively an iron sights guy, this sight took some getting used to. I was about to sell it at the next gun show because I was co-witnessing with front an rear back up sights. I did a little reading on the web and found out I was doing this ALL WRONG. I took it back to the range and just co-witnessed on the front and groups tightened up nicely. Waiting for a flip up front sight and then I will try ONLY using the 512, until then its a very expensive rear sight. As far as the "recall", unless your going to submit the unit to real extremes in temp. (Siberia or the trunk of a police car in Texas in August), you will probably never experience the zero drift reported and being panicked over by the military and law enforcement
