Like how can someone think it’s ok to ship something out like this? Also very poorly packaged. 1 layer of bubble wrap and 1 layer of paper. This speaker is heavy. I sent pictures to the seller and now he’s accusing me of “opening” the speaker. All I did was remove the removable grill. It has a Velcro system. I’m in the process of returning this. Avoid this seller.
