Good sound with many built in features
sound is good, setup is not easy or intuative. Answering rings are wierd. On the first ring of an incoming call the base unit rings. On the second ring one of the satellite units rings, then the other satellite rings so sometimes it answers before I can get to it while it is set to go to answering system after two rings. This system has a lot of features I do not need or want. If you are looking for a simple phone system this is not it. Speakerphone requires holding the phone so other party can hear clearly. I have had other phones that you could leave on the kitchen counter to talk when cooking. All that being said, if you just answer and talk this system will fit the bill. There may be less expensive options with fewer features available.

It may be simple but it is not easy
0 of 1 found this helpful It takes more than an hour ( as someone stated in their review), if this is your first installation, and you need a fuel line removal tool. Plastic tools work fine and could be included with the kit very inexpensively. Pro mechanics probably have a Pro set of these tools but DIY shade tree guys like me have no idea when buying that they will be spending another $15 for tools they may never need again. A consice description on a clean piece of paper does not translate well or prepare someone to the rusty dark environment under a 20 year old pickup truck. NOT a kit for begining mechs without a big tool box.

Simple to operate
I have used this unit for about a week now. It takes about 4 hours to distill a gallon of water. I have tried it to remove alcohol from a sample also. The alcohol evaporated much faster than water. A note of caution---IF you use it to separate alcohol, it must be rinsed with H20 as soon as possible. The condensate coil is made from aluminum, prolonged exposure to alcohol will cause the aluminum to corrode. Ingesting aluminum is not good for you.
