  I did address your concerns via the email you had sent me a month after you purchased the shoes. I’m so sorry to hear that that happened to you, however I don’t do returns or refunds due to the nature of the items I sell, especially after having them for so long. I check them over thoroughly before I to ship, and these were in excellent used condition - as the listing stated.
