SILICON grease, plastic slides and drawers in refrigerators...
Plastic rail and plastic drawer channels for refer/freezers stick when sliding and will break or crack.
TRY THIS: purchase a tube or tin (small 1/2 oz) of SILICON grease wherever plumbing supplies are sold i.e. HD, Lowes, any hardware store and grease the rails and drawer channels LIGHTLY with a Q-tip, toothpick, your fingertip. It's clear and will not gum up in the refrigerator cold or freezer. The drawer will then slide like it's on ball bearings.

Mr. and Mrs. Bistro were fine with it.
Mr. Bistro didn't mind as he was never cold but Mrs. Bistro said that her legs were less chilly since the cover was long and tied up.
