  Seller cancelled my purchase without even messaging to tell me why. Took unusually long time for refund to process in my bank. Seller never responded to message I sent asking about what was going on.

  I had a stroke and was in the hospital. I could not ship the item if I'm in the hospital. You got your money back and you're still bitching.

  wrote a detailed review on my experience with this seller and the item i purchased,the difference is the original review was posted as negative feedback.apparently eBay censors negative buyer feedback at the request of the seller.the item was substandard and defective,seller refused refund.seller requested no negative reviews,eBay facilitated the request.neither anubisoils nor eBay have any interest in relaying buyer's real experiences,opting instead for the facade of quality customer service👎

  The buyer was informed that they would receive a full refund AFTER THE ITEM WAS RETURNED. The buyer REFUSED to return the so-called defective item even after they were sent a FREE return shipping label from eBay... After 2 weeks of reminding the buyer to RETURN the item for a full refund, and eBay checking on the shipping label status with USPS and seeing that the buyer NEVER delivered the item to the USPS, eBay closed the case. NO RETURN, NO REFUND.
