  I never received the dvd. When it was supposed to be delivered, all I received was a torn, empty bag. I contacted the seller and reported the issue. They promptly issued me a refund. I am grateful and truly appreciate their response but I am also sorry that they lost money due to the mishandling of the package during the delivery process.
