Xbox One S 500GB Console

Good Item, Bad Retailer.

I have ordered from NewEgg several times in the past. My experiences used to be acceptable. However this time, my Xbox one S arrived with a defective fan unit. The company will accept no reutrns, even if defective. It sounds like the bearings are worn out. The LB button on the controller also was jammed in as I unpacked it from the box. Not sure if these are refurbs mislabeled as New, or it was just a bad batch of older models that has been sold in an effort to make room for newer models. Either way what good is an excellent price if you receive a unit that is going to need a servicing on day one.
