  I’m not sure what the usps was doing aside from taking my package for a tour of the east coast. But the item was shipped promptly. Packaging was all that I could ask for with a cast iron chicken fryer. Plenty of pool noodles, packaging, and most importantly— no movement. The fryer was exactly as described with no issues.   Amazing job of packing! Skillet and lid had piping foam taped around the rims , plus double layers of bubble wrap and taping, plus tightly wadded newspapers stuffed all around. I think the box could have fallen off the truck and still not damage the cast iron cookware. I was impressed. This seller is now on my saved list
