Perfect fitment and affordable price for the DIY installer!

This OBX header fits perfectly to the heads and bolted right up to my Apexi non-resonated midpipe. I highly recommend using Lexus OEM manifold gaskets and not the manifold gaskets supplied with the OBX headers. You will need to purchase separately the front o2 sensor harness extensions, rear o2 90-degree defoulers, and the 2-bolt flange gaskets for the exhaust manifold to midpipe to make it complete for installation. Your car may need new front o2 sensors depending if you can remove the old ones without damaging. I prefer replacing the front o2 sensors with new if your car is higher mileage. I used the hardware that was supplied with my Apexi midpipe. You will either have to purchase the Sikky Manufacturing dipstick or bend and modifiy the stock dipstick to be able to route between the runners and back into the oil pan. My OBX headers had a manufacturing date stamp of 8.10.2018. It cleared the steering shaft with no rubbing at all even with the steering wheel at full-lock. I highly recommend using a lift for the install as it will be much easier and safer to get the job done. I don't suggest doing this alone if this is your first go-around with performance installs.
