Great for texting, Poor call quality
I needed a phone that could easily allow me to text (my previous phone had the traditional keyboard that I had 3 letters assigned to each number key). I would have liked to have kept the Pantech Ease, but had to send it back. Every person I spoke with heard their voice echo on their end. On my end, I had good call reception, but regardless of if I called someone on a cell or land line, they all heard the echo/feedback. I even tried two different Ease phones. The good folks at PhoneStoreUSA gladly exchanged the phone and when I personally spoke with them, they did indicate this was a fairly common problem people experienced with the phone and recommended a suitable option. If you only (or mainly) plan to text, this phone may work for you; if you use it as a phone, your callers will be annoyed with the feedback. PROS: Big, bright screen; large touchpad for dialing; spacious QUERTY keyboard; Wide variety of ringtones. CONS: Persistent echo/feedback on other end of phone calls; somewhat on the heavy side (likely due to sliding landscape keyboard).

Slow Charger
I bought this to keep at a family member's home where I spend a lot of time; thought it would be more convenient, but it's somewhat disappointing. The iPhone charger is ok, but the iPad takes forever to charge. It's very slow compared to the chargers that come with the devices. I'll probably keep it though, because I don't like sending things back, but would not have bought it if I knew it would take so long to charge my devices.

Excellent Support
I haven't tried this yet on an airplane, but I have tried it while napping upright in a chair. It provides wonderful support, I slept well, and didn't have any aches or soreness. I also occasionally use it while reading in bed and need head support; it also works well for that. Am looking forward to using it during flights, I'm sure it'll be perfect for airline travel. I would have given it 5 stars, but I'm not crazy about the fabric used for the wrap part. It's not scratchy, but it's also not super soft. making it a bit uncomfortable against tender neck skin. I'm thinking it's going to also be too warm to wear for long periods of time. I plan to sew my own cover from a lightweight cotton to counter this. It shouldn't be too difficult. I am thrilled though with the underlying support, it's a great design and certainly does provide to support is says it does!
