Not happy

I received this unit and the minute I opened it up, it looked like a reconditioned unit, not a new one, as I own one. I wanted to get this same unit for my son because he likes the sound of mine, but I bought mine brand new several years ago. The power button did not work after I plugged it in. At least you sent me a return label.....not like another company I ordered one from and it also quit working after two days. Please do not try to sell a refurbished or reconditioned unit as NEW! It was rather obvious. Would still like to have one of these units, but I've struck out twice now.
