No psychobabble, just real, numerous examples of dealing with difficult issues
Very helpful for dealing with really stressful parent/child relationships. Helps to feel less guilt and pain, but offers insights for healing the relationship. Not blaming, no martyrdom, just real, hard, choices to make and put into practice.
