Don't do it!
7 of 7 found this helpful Bought this item hoping it would be the end to my snoring however the item is not realistic because it is very bulky. The piece that go on the outside of your teeth pushes your lips out very far which ends up causing you to droll. The inside rubs your gums and makes it feel like it is going to cause a mouth ulcer. I tried it 2 nights hoping I would be able to get use to it but that was not the case. As for the head band after trying together and realizing the mouth piece didn't feel good or work I tired the head piece separate. I was hoping it would be at least keep my mouth closed so I possibly wouldn't snore. That was not the case and I tightened and re positioned it sevenral times but ended up ripping it off in the end. It was also very hot which didn't help.
Sorry to say that I would not recommend this item as it was not comfortable and didn't work
