    NOT NEW! as described. Was missing yards of ribbon about 30 feet! You could see it was used and already cut but seller described as new. I am also a seller so will not leave neg fb. Just be aware that this happened and when I tried to return it seller ignored my email until I got eBay involved. We all make mistakes so just be aware.
