Cheap and very weak plastic bar attachment to handle.
The little plastic keeper that holds the bar in place inside the handle broke. My wife, who weighs only 125#'s and has severe MS was using it when this happened. The bar immediately slid completely out of the handle while she was holding it. She fell straight to the ground and severely bruised her hip. These things are dangerous and should be recalled. These pictures speak louder than words.
