A big disappointment
I wasted many hours trying to get this card to work with Windows 10 (latest updates) on two different PCs without any success. Windows installs it as a "usb composite device" with a driver dated 2006 (on both PCs). Obviously, this doesn't work. There are no drivers available for it for Windows 10. The card/chipset appears to be unsupported in Windows 10, possibly due to it being outdated.
I could get it to install on a Ubuntu 18.04 and it seems to function ok.
It might work with older versions of Windows ( e.g. XP or Vista).
Doing a google search showed that many others have found similar issues with the Renesas 720201 chipset and Windows 10.
